When I am faced with challenging times or difficult decisions, I often think of a Bible passage that speaks of all peoples going up to the mountain of the Lord to learn of His ways. It is my hope that when dealing with such life changing times that my choices will be guided by His loving hand and blessed in moving forward.
Then, when thinking of the mountain of the Lord my thoughts often drift to beautiful places my family and I have traveled to - or continue to keep on our bucket-list. One such place is the Dolomites. This picture below is one of my favorites.
This seen always brings me peace of mind in the midst of the chaos around me. It is in considering His creation, mercy, and loving-kindness that I find hope and trust. And it is from such ponderings that I find strength to take the next steps on this journey.
No matter what you are facing in your own life at this moment, it is my prayer that you find peace and that you can truly place your trust and confidence in the one who intelligently and lovingly designed it all.
